Reading for pleasure unlocks the power of information and imagination and helps children discover who they are. Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that brings the books kids want to read right into our school. It is a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. Please make plans to visit our Book Fair and be involved in shaping your child's reading habits.

Our Book Fair will be structured the same as it was in the fall. Monday and Tuesday will be preview only days. All classes will have scheduled times to see what the book fair has to offer and make a wish list. Beginning Wednesday, students are able to shop the fair. Instead of having class shopping times as we have in the past, we are having open shopping this year. Teachers will send students with money to shop the fair during the school day. Students also have the opportunity to shop before school, during lunch, and after school. Parents are welcome to come to shop with their child after school or during lunch if they have signed up for lunch through the front office.

Online Shopping: If you are not able to attend the fair, try our online shopping option. Our online book fair will be open Thursday, 3/17 through Friday, 3/25. We have partnered with the Scholastic Store to offer over 5,000 products that ship directly to your home. And shipping is FREE on book-only orders of $25 or more!

Teacher Wish Lists
We have two ways to support teachers and their classrooms this Spring.
Option 1: Teachers were invited to set up their own eWallet. Parents can contribute to the eWallet and Teachers will be able to choose and purchase books at the end of the fair.

Option 2: Instead of book boxes, you will find a display near the cash registers with all the teacher names and their "wishes" on slips of paper. You can choose one of those wishes and shop for the book and purchase the physical book during shopping days. Feel free to ask for help. |
